Scheduled
Maintenance Description: From 6:00AM May 3, 2014 until 2:00PM May 3, 2014, the building that houses our data center and offices will be conducting maintenance on their electrical systems and other building infrastructure. During these hours, we anticipate losing utility power for up to 8 hours.
During this time we will have technicians from our Generator Maintenance Vendors onsite to monitor these systems during the event.

Maintenance Impact: We expect that there will be no impact to service.

Additional Information: We have been planning for this maintenance window for the past 6 months, and have taken several steps to ensure continuity of services and zero downtime.

Cooling Environmental systems are not expected to be effected by this shutdown.

Power Our data center is already backed up by two UPS and and two dedicated diesel generators. Both of these systems are maintained at or above vendor recommended intervals. In particular, our generators are tested weekly, serviced monthly, and have full load transfer tests conducted on a quarterly basis. We are confident that our generators will function without any issues during the period when we have no utility power.

Staffing We will be all senior staff 'on deck' during the duration of this maintenance window. While we expect the day to be relatively uneventful, we will be conducting frequent inspections of all critical infrastructure.
